Winmyr Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Betting Platform Guidelines

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Winmyr ("Platform", "We"). These Terms take effect as soon as you complete account registration or use any feature or service provided by Winmyr.

By continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions in this document, together with Winmyr's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are deemed part of these Terms.

Winmyr reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms from time to time.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and use Winmyr's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Not subject to any local legal restrictions that prohibit participation in online betting activities.
• Opening an account for yourself only — not on behalf of another person or corporate entity.
• Have never had an account terminated by Winmyr due to a serious prior violation.

3. Registration & Account Security

You are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration. Winmyr requires the following information to verify your identity:

• Full name as shown on your identification card.
• Valid identification card or passport number.
• Active mobile number registered in your name.
• A valid and active email address.
• Bank account or eWallet details for payment purposes.

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Winmyr will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact Winmyr support immediately.

Each individual may only register one account. Duplicate accounts will be terminated and the balance across all associated accounts may be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Winmyr supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, direct bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed instantly while withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes depending on the chosen method.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per request.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 in a single day require completed KYC verification.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to an account registered under the same name as the Winmyr account.
• Winmyr does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals.
• Suspicious or incomplete withdrawal requests will be placed on hold for investigation.

Winmyr reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request if there are unmet bonus requirements, an ongoing account investigation is in progress, or suspicious activity requires prior review.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on Winmyr are subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by a member once a match has started, except in specific cases permitted by the system.
• Winmyr reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical error or human error.
• Official results used to determine betting outcomes are based on internationally recognised sources.
• Live in-play betting may be temporarily suspended during technical disruptions or at half-time of sporting events.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, Winmyr will apply industry-standard rules to process the affected bets.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by market type and event. Current limits are displayed on each market before a bet is placed.

Winmyr uses an automated risk detection system. Accounts displaying abnormal betting patterns or suspected use of automation software (bots) may be temporarily suspended for further investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Winmyr offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All offers are subject to specific terms stated on each promotion page. The general conditions applicable to all promotions are as follows:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement of between 5x and 30x depending on the type of bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.
• Only one active bonus is allowed at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Winmyr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus obtained through unauthorized or non-compliant means.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Winmyr reserves the right to suspend or close any account if:

• The member has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terrorism financing is detected.
• The member holds multiple active accounts.
• The registration information provided is false or inaccurate.
• The member has used automation software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• A court or relevant authority has issued an order relating to the account.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the Winmyr support team. Valid balances (after deducting bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded within 5 business days.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

In any circumstances, Winmyr's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total deposits made within the 30 days preceding the claim.

• Loss limit — limit the total losses you can incur within a set period.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.
